Objective of the Club “To maintain, operate, manage and carry on a social and recreative club for the amusement, entertainment, instruction, recreation and refreshment of its members.” Qualifications and Condition for Membership

All person of legal age or juridical person not otherwise disqualified by the By-laws of the club may become members
Must be a holder of at least one (1) Class A, B, or C proprietary certificate.
Membership Application must be cleared by the membership Screening Committee within the period specified by the Board after submission of the Membership Application Form.
Membership Application must be approved by the Board of Directors, after which the applicant’s membership with the club commences.

Club Rules: (An Excerpt from the by-laws)

All members enjoy the same rights and privilege in the use of its club facilities and all are eligible for service in the committees and in such other capacities as the Board may determine.
Any member who ceases to own a Certificate in the club either by its sale, transfer or assignment to other parties shall be considered automatically resigned.
The Board may, by an affirmative vote of at least five (5) Directors, suspend or expel any membership for disorderly or unbecoming conduct considered by the Board to be injurious or detrimental to the honor of the club.
Each and every Certificates duly issued shall pay a monthly maintenance fee of TWO HUNDRED PESOS (P200) for In-Active Member/s or ONE THOUSAND PESOS P(1000) for active members.
Monthly dues shall be paid by propriety members (except founding members) and assignee members in such amounts for their respective categories as may be determined by the Board of Directors.
It is the duty of every member to pay all his dues and other assessments to the Cashier of the club at the Clubhouse on or before the 10th day of each succeeding month.
No Certificate shall be transferred in the books of the Corporation to any purchaser, assignee or to any successor-in-interest thereof unless all unpaid obligations of the vendor, assignor or predecessor-in-interest have been fully paid, together with the monthly interest thereon, at the rates to be decided and disseminated by the board of Directors. Should a new rate be decided by the Board of Director’s he same shall become effective after a written notice has shall become effective after a written notice has been sent to all members.
Any member whose name appears in the posted list of delinquent members shall not be allowed to use the club facilities until payment of all his delinquent accounts is made.
If the member fails or refuse to settle his obligations within 30 days from the time his name was posted as delinquent member, he shall automatically forfeit his membership in the club and is considered expelled.
Only the Founding, Proprietary and Assignee members of the club in good standing, as defined by the club’s By-laws, are allowed to use the club facilities.
Only the immediate members of the family of the Founding, Proprietary and Assignee member are entitled to use the club facilities. For this purpose, a member’s immediate family consists of his legitimate spouse and unmarried children below 21 years of age.
Any member may also bring to the club as his guest, but such privileges of the club as his host may indicate and he shall not incur any indebtedness to the club, nor shall he be allowed on the club, nor shall he be allowed on the club premises except when accompanied by his host member.
All Members and their guest should comply with all rules and regulations governing the use and enjoyment of all club facilities from time to time by the club.

Article VIII: Miscellaneous Provisions Section 1: Club Notices – Notices or other forms of announcement of information intended for, or of general interest shall be posted at the Club’s bulletin board. With such posting all members are deemed properly informed. The Club Official Operating Hours is 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM. If you wish to use any of the club’s facilities, please guided on the hours of operations.

The KTV, Fine Dining, Boardwalk, Ballroom, In- front / Side / Back o the Villas and Beside the Kiddie Pool are only for special parties or social activities where No Ala Carte Service is Allowed anytime except with prior reservation made at the banquet sales From time-to-time, the club management shall release perks who choose to be active. For the moment, the Club has categorized privileges for members who prefer to be active or non-active.
